Pricing questions
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate, and you can move back down whenever you like, all the way to the free plan: your data is kept, only the features of the plan you left are switched off.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your account then reverts to the free plan: your documents, contracts and inventory stay accessible, you simply cannot add more beyond the free limits.
Are there hidden or setup fees?
None. The displayed price is the price paid, with no setup fee and no minimum term.
How does payment work?
Your subscription is purchased and invoiced by INIFOX, our billing partner. You are redirected to their secure payment page, and your invoices live in your INIFOX customer portal. No banking data ever passes through or is stored by SafeNTy.
How does renewal work?
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the annual one — at the same price and with the same payment method. You receive a confirmation email for every charge. You can stop the renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan with no data loss.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time from your account. The change takes effect at the next period, and the annual plan works out at roughly two months free compared with monthly.
What happens to my inventory if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If your new plan covers a single property, the others become read-only: still viewable, printable and exportable, but no longer editable. You have 30 days to export everything, and upgrading again reopens them exactly as they were.
Why is AI contract reading limited?
Reading a forty-page contract is far heavier than reading a receipt. The monthly limit — 10 on Standard, 20 on Premium, 50 on Ultimate — lets us offer the feature without charging per use. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
What is the difference between Premium and Ultimate?
Premium unlocks properties: second homes, land, vehicles, each with its own insurer link. Ultimate unlocks contracts: beyond 3, there is no limit. If you mainly track belongings, choose Premium; if you mainly track subscriptions and insurance policies, choose Ultimate.
Is SafeNTy available outside France?
No. The warranty periods, cancellation notice periods and insurance rules SafeNTy tracks are those of French law: elsewhere, the app would give you wrong guidance. The service is limited to France, including overseas departments and territories.
